Dr. Patrice Banks, M.Ed., LCMHCS, is a licensed clinical mental health counselor supervisor with over 16 years of experience in community mental health, school-based services, and clinical supervision. She holds additional licensure as a principal and superintendent and currently serves as a clinical supervisor and school-based intervention coordinator. Patrice works within a practice setting where Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) is the primary treatment model and brings that lived clinical knowledge directly into her training and supervision work. She is committed to preparing clinicians to think systemically, intervene strategically, and build relationships that drive real change for children, adolescents, and families.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate • Clinician

Alicia Goodman, LCSWA, is a licensed clinical social worker associate with over a decade of experience providing evidence-based care across individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management settings. Her clinical work spans mental health, trauma-informed care, behavioral concerns, addiction recovery, and personal growth. She brings a strengths-based lens to her practice, meeting clients where they are and supporting them in developing the self-awareness and skills needed for lasting change. Alicia currently serves as a clinician with Youth Extensions, Inc., where she applies Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy principles in direct service with children, adolescents, and families.
